The budget Ford Escort was a rally star in the 80s and 90s and even won the world championship several times. The candy wrapper depicts not the familiar mass-produced Escort, but a rare 1984 Ford Escort RS Turbo hot hatch - one of the best in its class at that time. It is equipped with a 1.6-liter 135-horsepower four with turbocharging. The Escort RS Turbo was equipped with an LSD differential to optimize torque distribution. Ford said it was the first front-wheel drive car to feature this technology. The charged Ford Escort steered well, developed 190 km/h, and accelerated to hundreds in 8.5 seconds. The package also included Recaro sports seats, alloy wheels and a limited-slip differential. Oddly enough, now it is already a collector's model, because only 5,000 Ford Escort RS Turbo were produced. Moreover, all the cars are white, except for one � a black Ford Escort for Princess Diana.
